1 Introduction

4.2 Accuracy of Information

4.3 Account Security

4.4 Account Currency

Accounts opened by Malaysian players operate in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) by default. All balances, deposit limits, withdrawal amounts, bonus values, and wagering calculations are expressed in MYR unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.2 Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must originate from payment accounts or methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless specified otherwise, Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. A wagering requirement of X15, for example, on a MYR 100 bonus means total bets of MYR 1,500 must be placed before any bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.

• Maximum bet during active bonus: typically MYR 250–500 per bet. Exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game contribution: slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; table games such as Baccarat, Blackjack, and Roulette may contribute 10–20%.
• Bonus expiry: bonuses that are not utilised within the stated validity window (commonly 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of issuance) will be removed from the Account automatically.
• Maximum cashout: where a maximum cashout cap applies to a bonus offer, winnings exceeding that cap derived from bonus funds will not be withdrawable.

6.3 Abuse of Promotions

Mijit88 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus or winnings obtained through systematic exploitation of promotional terms, collusion, or any form of abuse. This includes but is not limited to multi-accounting for bonus purposes, arbitrage of bonus offers across related accounts, and deliberate low-risk play designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

• Bets and wagers are binding once confirmed and cannot be withdrawn or amended by the Player after acceptance.

8 Prohibited Conduct
